				This recently renovated Victorian house is an ideal location for a ski house. The spacious 6 bedroom, 3 bath house is located just minutes away from Okemo Mountain on the Okemo shuttle service route. Pollard House is conveniently located just two doors down from Singleton’s general store (and Vermont liquor outlet). It’s also a short walk to two churches in Proctorsville and a very local bakery.

			Members will enjoy the Pollard House because it has all the comforts and amenities of home. Guests will have the benefit of preparing their own meals in our fully equipped kitchen which includes a 6 burner commercial stove and oven, refrigerator, pots, pans, cutlery and plates.

			It has digital cable television in the common room and a working fireplace in the living room. There is a comfortable dining room which holds an eight person dining table and a recreation room which features ping-pong.

			All of our rooms are either fully carpeted or have oriental-style rugs and all are appointed with comfortable and user-friendly furniture. You and your guests will surely enjoy the homey environment of Pollard House.
